Order Confirmation

Upon checking out, you will be given your order number. At this point, the order is not confirmed yet as we need to first run security and finance checks.Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you. The email contains:

- Your order number
- The order amount
- The number of item(s) ordered
- Your billing and delivery addresses

Order Modifications
Placed your order but realise you need to make some amendments to your order details?
Email us at eshop@spoonyard.com with your order number and our customer service team will handle it for you.

Exchange or Refund/Return
Don’t think your order is right for you?

Don’t sweat it! Spoonyard offers free and easy returns within 7days after delivery – no questions asked! Email us at eshop@spoonyard.com with your order number and our customer service team will handle it for you.Here is a quick returns policy checklist for your reference:

1) all tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags and boxes (in the case of shoes) are intact and returned together with the product
2) The copy of the original invoices and the copy of the credit card used to purchase the Product must also be presented.
3) Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for intimate wear, leggings, socks, or altered Products.
