We strive to deliver all orders as fast as we can, and once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that included tracking number and link. Normally, all orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days after placing your order. Delivery might be delayed if it met the following situations, inclement weather, package congestion, etc. Deliveries are made between 9 AM-5 PM (Monday-Friday)

Import Taxes & Duties

Your order will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid service and you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. Payment of the taxes and related duties will be responsibility of the recipient. Thus, the price of our goods do not include any duties and taxes. For Mainland China & Taiwan, SF express couier will contact you with further details for customs clearance. For International order, FedEx courier will contact you with further details for customs clearance. Please note that customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery time.

Returns Policy

Unused Product may be returned if you contact Customer Service within 7 days of its receipt provided that

  • all tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags and boxes (in the case of shoes) are intact and returned together with the product;
  • the copy of the original invoices and the copy of the credit card used to purchase the Product must also be presented.
  • due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for mask, intimate wear, leggings, socks, or altered products.

*Please noted that initial shipping cost, return shipping costs, tax and duties will not be refunded. The decision as to whether the product is accepted for return remains with the Company’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final. 

If the Company receives a return that cannot be accepted, the Product shall be re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.

*EXCHANGES Products cannot be exchanged.
